Lambnesia

There are recipes that winners over and over again. Then, there are recipes that should never see the light of day. The recipe for today won't allow you forget it. It is goodness all the way. I know of a Paleo recipe that won't allow to forget it easily. Most of all, it is a winner.

This recipe is one that family and friends will ask about. It does get people talking about. It is one that you could that pass on others. it is worth the wait. it is very slow and it tastes wonderful after the effort and time that go into it. This recipe is called Lambnesia. Let's get started with ingredients and directions.




Ingredients
2.5 lb. lamb roast, bone in
1 garlic cloves separated peeled and smashed
15 Kalamata olives, plus 3 tablespoons of olive juice
One handful each of fresh rosemary and thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup of water

Directions

Heat the oven at 275 F degrees

Put the lamb roast in a large crock pot.

Add garlic, olives, olive juice, salt, and pepper.

Put water into the bottom of the crock pot around the lamb.

Put the herbs on top of the lamb  and cook on low for 8 hours.


After the time the lamb has spent in the oven, it is well worth the wait. it tastes wonderful and smell great,too. This is winner with family friends. I have served it on many occasions. Here is the download link to this source of goodness below:
