Sporting events like
football or even basketball games can be interesting in knowing what to serve
to guests. The key to serving healthy food is not even mention the word "healthy".
Because it can drive a few people insane and make them a nervous wreck. Because what they do not know won't kill them for the get together. I know
of Paleo recipe that is you don’t mention even if it is a group of hungry
sports fanatics. Most of all, it is winner on game day.
The recipe will be
instant hit at the start of the game. You know when you serve your friend or
family or even starving mob of sport fanatics that you got a winner on your
hands. The name of this handy dandy recipe of goodness is the Lamb Sliders Take The
Party to the Level. Let’s get started with the ingredients and directions.
Ingredients:
1 lb. of ground lamb
1/2 an onion, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tablespoon dried dill
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Combine the ingredients in a large bowl and
mix gentlely because overworking the meat will cause it to be tough.
You want to be gentle as possible.
Shape the meat into small hamburger paddies.
Just be care not to pack the meat in too
tightly because it will cause the burger to be dense.
Grill or fry in a pan over medium-high heat
until cooked thoroughly roughly about 4-5 minutes per side.
These
beauties coming off the grill or off the stove if you chose to fry them they
smell wonderful no matter what. They are goodness all the way. You can invite the
people that you know really well and invite over at the next big together for
these burgers of goodness. It is one of those that keeps on getting people to
come back for more. Here is download
