Items:
Crockpot
Cutting board
Sharp knife
Measuring cups
Citrus squeezer
Ingredients:
6 chicken breasts
2 cups of organic mild salsa
1 lime (juice of)
1 cup cilantro (chopped)
2 ounces of taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
Directions:
Prep all of the ingredients.
Turn on the crockpot and set it on low.
Add salsa, lime juice, cilantro, taco
seasoning and water to your crockpot.
Add the chicken to the crockpot and using a
spoon, make certain to coat the chicken with the sauce.
Cover crockpot and cook on low-heat for 7-8
hours.
This
