Healthy Food Recipe For FX Trading For 10 December 2013

In the search for healthy recipes, I tuck recipes in a small box like a box made for 3 x 5 cards to stash away. Eating healthy is hard and with so many claiming healthy. I just keep what is appetizing and very tasty overall. I have kept a recipe on file for just those occasions that I had one on Monday that I am going to tell about. It is made for days when the weather is horrible and rainy outside. It can warm the soul and make you feel full inside. It is one recipe that I am very glad to share.
This Australia hearty meal with make feel full and satisfied at the end. You can win anyone over with it. I mean you can win friends and family with it in a heartbeat. The name of this hearty and healthy masterpiece is Braised Lamb Shanks with Bean Ragout. Let's get started with the ingredients and instructions below

14 oz can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
6 medium tomatoes, chopped

Cook and  stirring until it is tender.

Add lentils, beans, tomatoes, tomato paste and 1 cup cold water.

Bring to the boil.

Remove from heat.

Return shanks to pan and add rosemary.

Cover dish tightly with lid or foil.

Transfer to the oven.

Bake roughly for 90 minutes.

Uncover and bake for about further 20 minutes or until meat is falling off the bone.

Remove from oven.

Remove and discard rosemary.

Serve lamb shanks with bean ragout and sprinkled with some oregano leaves.

The secret to this recipe is people will want to know how you make. You have to keep that part a secret. Just say it is ancient Aussie secret.  In my case, it is ancient Texas secret. But, you can easily win anyone over this recipe. It is easy to make and is not real messy. Clean up and preparation of this dish is easy and happens in a snap. It is Australian goodness all the way. This is the way the party can get started right away. My neighbor next door kept asking about it and wanted the recipe. I told him one condition that you don’t reveal the magic and secret of it. Here is the link to the recipe
