Healthy Food Recipe For FX Trading For 6 December 2013

As part of the continuation for healthy eating, we as traders, investors or anyone else in general have one of the most difficult tasks beside trading and investing. It is taking care of our bodies and feeding it nutritious food. This task becomes harder when we are bombarded on a daily basis with ads on television, the internet and radio for foods of convenience.  The process of training our mind to accept healthy food becomes even more important. Finally, I have one dish that I have had a week before Thanksgiving and to share it with you.

The secret is that it is very Aussie mixed in with blend of New Orleans mojo going at the same time. What is it you ask? It is a dish that can get the party jumping quickly. It is very satisfying and health all the way around. This blend is Cajun Baked Snapper with Risoni Bean Salad. It has the ingredient to be a real champ at dinner with friends and family, as well as, fellow Forex Traders and investors alike.

Now let's get started on this dish and find what is needed to make it.  Here are the directions and ingredients.

 Ingredients:

4 x 125g skinless snapper fillets
2 tablespoons no-added-salt Cajun or Mexican spice mix
1 1/2 cups risoni pasta
2 red peppers, roughly chopped
400g can kidney beans, drained, rinsed
1 small red onion, finely diced
1 cucumber, roughly diced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place snapper into a large ovenproof dish, scatter with Cajun seasoning mix and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until cooked through.

 Meanwhile, cook risoni and follow the directions on the box.

Once it is cooked, rinse with cold water and drain.

Take the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, and then mix in cooked risoni.

Divide risoni bean salad between 4 plates and top each with a snapper fillet.

 

The magic of this, it is very easy to make. It really can get the party jumping in mouth and with friends and family. You will feel like that Mardi Gra has just begun. What is so surprising is that it comes from Australia. As they say, "Laissez le bon temps rouler". Meaning “Let the good times roll”.
