Wine Aged To Perfection

 

As I make the journey across Australia, I want see the vineyards and get a sample of fine wines that I have heard about over the years. I heard that Australia produces some of the finest quality wines available. Each bottle is aged with the test of time and the grapes are harvested to their peak perfection.


I love get a sample of it and get that first harvest. I had been to vineyards to the US. For me, this is an opportunity to sample what Australia has to offer. It is taste what the land produces. You can sample it and have a person at the wine tasting pour it for you.

A good wine is like a good meal that you can savor and brings back the zeal of living. It relaxes and frees us of the worries of the world. It is the one that I enjoy with my meal. I love watching the sun go down and having a meal and drinking the wine straight from the vineyard.It brings back the memories and toward better peaceful bliss.




The best part is if you can see everything from a skyward view and view with your own eyes. You can smell aromas of the vineyard. The wind in your hair. It is coming from Australia. It is warm summer day within jump away from reality to free you from the world.



Australia is the land of beauty that is quite unseen and has so much to offer. It is more than the sandy white beaches and the outback. It is a land that has sites unseen by the rest of the world. It is like a wine to be savor and bring back those fond memories yet to be remembered.  It will be a journey to remember.
