Have you ever wonder why a group of kids in
kindergarten have such a positive attitude? Someone the most important traits
that anyone person can learn from those kids in the kindergarten. The kids are
not tainted by biases and saying I can’t. If you put them in a group you will
find that all if you ask if they can ski dive. They will all raise their hands.
They may not know how to sky dive. They have an enthusiasm they each us can
learn from. It is the willingness to try. Most of all, it is the most important
characteristic is being able to say I can.
Our attitude and biases affect the way we
think feel about ourselves. Those same biases and attitude that are negative
can hamper us from finding the success that we desire. We, as adults develop
filtering mechanism that can hold us back from accomplishing things that we
really want. When negative attitudes and biases can get in the way of
accomplishing where we want to be, it can be a roadblock in the way. We can get
these from being the people who have these attitudes all the time. Therefore,
we have to find the right crowd of people that can lift us up.
The one thing I have notice that when you
are children that they great attitudes of believing they can. They have such
positive attitudes. It is those same traits as adults that we can learn from. It
is true as entrepreneurs and as business people. When facing difficulties and
obstacles, it becomes even more important to keep a positive attitude. Thus, keeping
a positive attitude is how you organize and deal with those challenges and
allow you to rise to the top.
I remember a while back, I saw 2 little girls
selling lemonade and cold sodas on the sidewalk with chocolate chip cookies.
Tomorrow, those little girls could be billionaires one day. It can happen. The reason
is so simple that attitude affects how we process information and can distort
sometimes the information. It can distort the original message that we forgot
what the original message was about. When we allow negativity and biased filter
out the good information, we can pass up valuable information that could
benefit us.
The one thing that anyone can is to keep
those goals written down. It is critical that they be written down and looks
over at a later time. This is where plans are hatch out of. It is the beginning
of brainstorming how to overcome. This overcoming is what move things forward.
It is the Yes, I can that will move mountains. Those goals represent the dream
and vision. Having vision is the key to success and being able to carry it out.
Having a positive attitude is a key to
being to communicate your vision to the people around you. A person has been
able to share the same type of positive energy around them. Because it filters
through the organization. Having a positive is motivation for carrying a plan.
It is much like carry out a battle plan and knowing to strategize to carry out
the objectives set forth. Lastly, being to communicate a positive will help to
keep you motivated.
The one thing I use children as example
because they believe they can do it. It is the same belief that can propel anyone
in the direction they seek. This is what a group of kindergarteners taught me a
while ago. A positive attitude is a pebble that ripples across the pond. You
don’t need a big rock to accomplish things. Just one positive attitude can take
you far than ever possible. There is so important learn from their example and
how can make strive for the things we want.
