Pan Fried Snapper

One of the most foods on earth is fish. It is called brain food. By adding this to a diet, it will sharpen those brain cells. I know by eating fish a lot will aid me in sharpening those memory skills. I have a recipe that tastes good. I got the recipe from Paleo a little while ago.  I had this a couple nights ago for supper and tastes really good. Most of all, it is easy to make.

The one thing about this recipe is that it is worth sharing with friends and family alike. Once, they have some of it, they will definitely ask for the recipe. It is worth giving it to them. It is called Pan Fried Snapper. Let’s get cracking with the ingredients and instructions.
.
Ingredients

    1 whole pan-sized snapper

   1/3 cup coconut flour

   1/4 cup almond flour

    1 tbsp virgin oil oil

    salt & pepper to taste

Lawry's Seasoing salt or any brand of seasoning salt you like

Directions

Wash the fish and pat dry with towel.

Cut in half.

Mix together coconut and almond flour with seasoning in a plastic bag.

Add fish and shake in a plastic sandwich bag.

Coat the fish in flour completely.

Heat pan with enough oil to cover the entire pan to a depth of 1/8 of inch.

The oil needs to be very hot to seal the fish and flavor in correctly.

Shallowly fry fish just enough until it is crispy and golden on both sides.

Once it comes right off the stove, it smells yummy. It is one of the reasons that I wanted to share it with you. This fish tastes great. I did invite friends over to try it. It was an instant hit. I am positive that it will be a hit with your friends and family, too. My friends were definitely asking for seconds of this wonderful tasty fish. Here is download link to the recipe:
